Place a Call In the MY CALLS box, sort the phone number or expansion or tap on the expansion. Click DIAL. The speaker on your IP550 will beep informing you the call is being associated in handsfree mode. Transfer a Call In MY CALLS sort the goal augmentation or tap on the expansion. Highlight the call you need to exchange. Click TRANSFER. Client Tip #1: To exchange a call specifically to phone message without ringing the expansion, place * before the goal augmentation number : *2233 User Tip #2: An alternate route for calling or exchanging straightforwardly to the voice message of an observed expansion without ringing the expansion: Click on the envelope connected with that augmentation.
